AMECO is seeking an experienced Account/Project Support Specialist to work with customers, Operations, Purchasing and Account Managers to ensure customer-centric, profitable repeat business. You will act as a liaison between the customer and AMECO, ensuring needs are met while maintaining healthy margins.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical or business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management or customer service-related work experience.
• Ability to communicate with business etiquette verbally or electronically to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a must.
• SAP experience would be a definite plus, particularly SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and enter customer orders daily.
• Make sales and customer service follow-up calls to customers.
• Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement and increased profitability inside our operation.
• Facilitate customer feedback to assess strengths and identify areas for improvements.
• Collaborate and grow relationships with customers ensuring reliability and accountability.
• Manage and utilize opportunities to lower costs and increase revenue.
• Work with the customer and Account Manager on pricing, inventory, and reporting needs.
