Job summary

EECO, a full-line electrical distributor, seeks an Account Support Representative to support Key Account Specialists and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage orders, track shipments, and liaise with vendors, AP/AR, and internal teams, ensuring accurate processing and responsive service.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, assist with administrative tasks, and help drive sales growth while maintaining EECO's standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authentic customer service commitment and collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage promise dates, track shipments, expedite orders and confirm shipping logistics.
• Enter Purchase Orders to vendors via email or online ordering.
• Primary contact for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Provide customers with copies of transaction documentation upon request.
• Coordinate with warehouse to process freight claims and shipments.
• Review invoicing reports daily to identify margin loss and manage exceptions.
• Assist Managers and Key Account Specialists with additional administrative tasks.
