Job summary

ALOFT AeroArchitects in Georgetown, DE seeks a Sr/Completion Program Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and project closeout of green aircraft VIP/HOS completion programs, including AFS installation and FAA STC issuance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer interfaces, ensure compliance with SOW, and lead program risk, schedule, and financial performance to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience.
• 10+ years of Industry (engineering, aircraft manufacturing, modification or operations) experience.
• Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) with demonstrated experience in applying EVM principles.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) strongly preferred.
• Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office, Project software and other company and discipline specific software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize Program Management processes, practices, policies and templates.
• Act as primary customer interface, contract, and sales focal for the duration of the program.
• Lead schedule and budget development, and manage program performance to budget and schedule.
• Provide weekly status reports to customer and bi-weekly PMR to Senior Management with risk and forecast detail.
• Coordinate with FAA ODA for STC development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assemble cross-functional teams and mentor PMO staff to improve capabilities.
