Job summary

LeadingIT in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage hardware procurement, software licensing, renewals, vendor coordination, and client follow-up for the vCIO team. This role focuses on tracking recommendations, renewals, procurement logistics, and clear client communication throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, familiarity with ConnectWise Manage, and exposure to CPQ systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in client success, procurement, or renewal coordination.
• Experience coordinating hardware and software procurement and renewals.
• Familiarity with licensing optimization and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Process hardware and software procurement requests and quotes.
• Track approvals, orders, and deployment logistics.
• Monitor renewals and licensing usage; communicate cost changes to clients.
• Maintain procurement records and asset inventory; coordinate with service teams.
• Support budgeting conversations related to licensing and lifecycle planning.
• Follow up with clients on recommendations and open items; ensure timely updates.
