Job summary

Citco is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator focused on IT purchasing to source hardware, software, cloud services, and IT consulting services. You will work closely with IT, Finance and Legal to ensure cost-effective, compliant acquisitions and timely delivery across the organization.

The role includes RFQ/RFP management, contract review, license tracking, spend reporting, and vendor performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience with IT purchasing.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT consulting.
• Evaluate vendors, run RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate pricing and SLAs.
• Maintain vendor lists and monitor performance and renewals.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts and licensing.
