LeadingIT, Chicago, IL, is seeking a Client Success Specialist to drive procurement of hardware and software, manage renewals, and coordinate with the vCIO team to ensure accurate tracking and proactive client communication.

You will process quotes, track orders, monitor licensing usage, and maintain procurement records while supporting projects to ensure timely delivery and strong client satisfaction. 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience required in client success, procurement, or coordination.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus.
• Experience with CPQ (QuosalSell) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Lifecycle Management: process hardware/software requests, create quotes, track approvals, coordinate ordering and delivery, maintain asset records.
• Licensing & Renewals: monitor renewals, review licensing, optimize usage, align agreements with consumption, plan renewals.
• Client Success & Account Coordination: follow up on recommendations, update clients on orders/renewals, escalate as needed, support satisfaction initiatives.
