Zusammenfassung

Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is seeking a Client Services team member to provide high-level client service in collaboration with Financial Planners. The role emphasizes relationship building, clear communication, and understanding of finance to support ongoing client satisfaction.

The position involves coordinating meetings, paperwork processing, account supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

Two years of relevant experience (RIA or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
Able to adapt to changes and handle challenging demands.

Aufgaben

Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, appointment preparation, and supporting paperwork.
Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and support transfer processes.
Document client achievements and data for future interactions.
Maintain risk awareness and comply with policies and regulatory procedures.
Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects.
Represent the CSA voice in projects and rollouts.
