Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is seeking a Client Services team member in Santa Clara to deliver high-level client service in partnership with a Financial Planner. You will build and encourage client relationships while handling related administrative tasks and financial knowledge to support daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a solid understanding of finance and investment markets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in financial services preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Able to adapt to changes and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and assist with transfers.
• Document client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance with policies and regulatory procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects.
