Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is seeking a Client Services team member to provide a high level of service to clients, coordinating meetings, assisting with paperwork, and supporting account activity with meticulous care. You will work to strengthen client relationships and ensure accurate processing of requests.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong finance knowledge.

Qualifications

Two years of relevant experience in a Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
Able to adapt to changes and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients, appointment preparation, and supporting required paperwork.
Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
Prepare and review all new account paperwork to ensure documents are complete and in good order.
Verify accounts are traded into the correct model and aid operations as needed; manage rollovers and transfers.
Document key client achievements and data to assist future interactions.
Maintain risk awareness and compliance with policies and regulatory procedures.
Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects and events.
Represent the CSA voice in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts.
