Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in an RIA or Broker/Dealer preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Ability to adapt to changes and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, greet clients and prepare paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the correct model; supervise rollovers and transfers.
• Document client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance with corporate policies.
