Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Client Services team member to provide high-level customer service to clients while leveraging a solid understanding of finance and investments. The role emphasizes confidentiality and professional interaction with Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer experience.

Two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent are preferred. Expect a market-based base salary with a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands with frequent changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and assist operations teams.
• Document key client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance with policy and regulatory procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company-wide projects and events.
• Participate in projects and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.
