Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is hiring a Client Service Associate in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with a Financial Planner to provide high-level client service, manage administrative tasks, and help maintain client relationships in a dynamic financial services environment.

The role requires understanding of finance, accuracy in paperwork, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while protecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail required.
• Able to adapt to changes and handle frequent change or delays.
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client accounts, research and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded correctly and assist with rollovers and transfers.
• Document key client achievements and data for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and comply with policies and regulatory procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and company-wide projects as needed.
• Participate in projects and product rollouts to ensure CSA voice is represented.
