Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a customer service specialist to support multiple Paychex products with minimal guidance. You will build strong client relationships, resolve claims, and educate customers on our policies and best practices.

You will maintain in-depth knowledge of Paychex offerings, mentor teammates, and pursue service improvements while contributing to a fair and efficient customer experience. The role offers competitive hourly compensation and a comprehensive rewards program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver quality service.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance clients' service experience.
• Maintains an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products, as well as industry policies and procedures.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements.
• Demonstrates advanced skill level with systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Serves as a mentor for less experienced teammates.
• Documents all interactions and uses the information to improve service.
