Job summary

Paychex, a leading HR and payroll services provider, is seeking a customer service professional to independently support multiple Paychex products. You will cultivate relationships with clients, resolve claims and complaints, educate clients, and contribute to service improvements.

Expect to leverage HRIS, Salesforce, and other systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2 years health & benefits experience, and an insurance license valid in all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of health & benefits experience preferred.
• Insurance license required; eligible in all 50 states; may require background check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with key clients and partners to deliver advanced quality service.
• Consults with clients to identify opportunities to enhance the Paychex service experience.
• Maintains an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies opportunities for large-scale process improvements.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Documents interactions to improve service.
