CanSource LLC, part of TricorBraun, is seeking a customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our Operations Team in bringing products to market. From Day 1 you’ll assist customers with orders, schedule shipments, provide quotes, and process invoices while collaborating with the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with two or more years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).

Mansioni

• Assist customers daily with orders and scheduling shipments.
• Provide quotes and process invoices; follow up on payments.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP system.
