Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking a customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team in New York. You will work on the front line with our sales team, assisting customers with orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, and processing invoices to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a real talent for problem solving, strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A real pro at creative problem solving.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers daily with orders and scheduling shipments.
• Provide quotes, process invoices, and follow up on payments.
