Job summary

CanSource is seeking a customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team in Longmont. You’ll support customers daily with orders, scheduling shipments, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups, partnering with our sales team.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft). Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in daily operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers daily with orders and scheduling shipments.
• Provide quotes and process invoices; follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Support exception handling and problem resolution with customers.
