Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation is seeking a Client Management Specialist to coordinate client product and business portfolios, handling correspondence, orders, budgeting and project tracking. You will work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, timely shipments and compliant documentation within the Epicor ERP system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related discipline with 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline highly preferred.
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom) highly preferred.
• ERP system knowledge for core supply chain and related processes highly preferred.
• Ideally experience in a corporate sales and service environment is preferred.
• Role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing client product and business portfolios and administration of client activity (correspondence, processing orders, maintaining distribution spreadsheets, project tracking, research, budgets).
• Communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel and suppliers.
• Assist with initiating quotes in support of client product requests.
• Receive, process and place client orders including scheduling shipment of goods via land, air and sea.
• Own and process Quality Management Standard documents including ISO forms, RMAs and quality control action plans.
• In Epicor ERP, capture and manage supporting documentation for orders and portfolios (freight invoices, inventory docs, release from warehouse).
• Work with Corporate Departments to ensure timely billing and prompt collection of invoices.
