Qualifications

• ERP system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services and financial processes preferred.
• Experience in a corporate sales and service environment preferred.
• This role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Manage client product and business portfolios; handle client correspondence and orders.
• Process orders, schedule shipment and coordinate with suppliers and teams.
• Maintain distribution spreadsheets and project tracking; manage budgets.
• Capture and file supporting documentation in ERP (Epicor) and ensure timely billing.
• Coordinate with sales, branch, corporate partners, and warehouse teams.
