Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage orders in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Design and coordinate mail projects for assigned clients.
• Monitor workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Act as a backup to the Project Administration team as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional or expanded services.
• Address and elevate customer concerns quickly to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping develop their skills and knowledge.
• Serve as a SME in order processing; lead or participate in internal process-improvement initiatives; facilitate operations meetings; assist onboarding and training; support SOC-related processes.
