Responsibilities

• Manage load board daily with data entry, scheduling, tracking, and closing loads.
• Build loads accurately for customer accounts and ensure timely execution.
• Obtain pickup/delivery appointments from shippers/consignees within networks.
• Communicate proactively with carrier reps and customer contacts on updates.
• Inform customers promptly if shipments are delayed or rescheduled.
