You will balance hands-on BAU with strategic program delivery, ensuring reliable, compliant payments across multiple rails.

You will act as a go-to SME for scheme-related requests, drive governance, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with Product, Technology, and Compliance to achieve

Qualifications

• Knowledge of prepaid and debit products and their funding/transaction flows.
• Operational project management with focus on execution and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of card networks, BIN management, and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regular operational activities for Visa/Mastercard schemes and partners.
• Ensure adherence to scheme rules and mandatory change programs.
• Support BIN setup, program configuration, and lifecycle management.
