Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare operations or related field.
• 5+ years in client relations or similar client-facing operations role.
• Experience coordinating across operations, IT, QA, finance to resolve client issues.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance workflows, or government/public sector clients is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of client relationships from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Manage all client communications and recurring check-ins with professionalism and consistency.
• Translate client needs into actionable direction for internal operational teams.
• Monitor client sentiment and proactively identify risks before they escalate.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses across operations, IT, QA, physicians, scheduling, and accounting as needed.
• Develop corrective action plans and root cause analyses when service issues arise.
