You will own the full lifecycle of client relationships, manage communications, oversee onboarding, and ensure our teams deliver consistently and transparently. Qualifications

• 5+ years in client relations, account management, or similar client-facing operations in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams (ops, IT, QA, finance) to resolve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned disability and health clients.
• Manage client communications, standing meetings, and recurring check-ins with professionalism.
• Translate client needs into actionable direction for internal teams.
• Monitor client sentiment and partnership health, identifying risks early.
• Own client concerns from intake through full resolution and escalation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or related field

MBA or Master’s in health-related field
