Job summary

Civility Home Care-Danbury is seeking an Office Operations Manager to lead client relationships, intake processes, and office workflow. The role oversees scheduling, payroll oversight, and billing preparation while ensuring compliant operations and compassionate service.

The manager will travel to client homes and events, supervise administrative staff, and partner with the Supervisor to resolve case concerns and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with independent work ethic.
• Ability to manage client relationships, intake, scheduling, and billing workflows while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients, families, and referral partners after inquiry/admission.
• Oversee intake, new starts, and service coordination to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee payroll preparation, billing workflows, and office communication.
• Lead two Administrative Assistants and coordinate with Supervisor on cases and field follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation in WellSky/ClearCare and coordinate with ownership on policy changes.
