Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking an Office Admin/Customer Success Coordinator in Dallas, TX. This role reports to the Senior Customer Success Consultant and focuses on onboarding, contractor welfare, client events, and day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer success, operations, administration, recruitment, or a similar role is beneficial.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys interacting with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor onboarding, welcome packs, references, and compliance documentation.
• Support client satisfaction, contractor retention, and feedback initiatives.
• Organize client events, happy hours, networking opportunities, and internal engagement initiatives.
• Manage NPS surveys, success reporting, and customer experience administration.
• Maintain accurate records across SharePoint, CRM systems, and compliance platforms.
• Coordinate company SWAG, starter packs, travel bookings, office purchases, and internal events.
• Support leadership with operational projects and day-to-day administrative initiatives.
• Help create a best-in-class experience for every client and contractor who partners with CMC.
