Job summary

Morgan Stanley invites experienced professionals returning to work to join its Sandy Return to Work program. The Client Success Manager role supports stock plan administration and client relationships within Morgan Stanley at Work.

The program runs January 18, 2027 to May 7, 2027, offering training, mentorship, and development in a collaborative team environment. Eligible candidates bring 1–5 years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail to help

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–5 years of customer service experience with primary responsibility of answering and resolving customer inquiries.
• CEP Certification is preferred; Level 1 required within 12 months of hire.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily client procedures and processes, including processing daily tasks and resolving related fixes.
• Performs monthly reconciliations of disposition records and handles stock plan events.
• Manage changes to plan enrollment, online grant agreements, and equity plan reporting.
• Document solutions, update client records, and maintain processes with accuracy and SLAs.
• Lead client meetings and communicate product updates to ensure client satisfaction.
