Morgan Stanley is offering a 16-week Return to Work program in Sandy/Salt Lake City for candidate seeking to re-enter the workforce in client success. The Client Success Manager role supports stock plan administration, onboarding and ongoing service for corporate clients across Shareworks and Equity Edge Online platforms.

This position requires English fluency, 1-5 years of customer service experience, and an associate degree or higher in business/finance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1-5 years of customer service experience with primary responsibility of answering and resolving customer inquiries.
• CEP Certification is preferred, not required. Level 1 required within 12 months of hire.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily client procedures including processing daily processes, assessing import errors and related fixes.
• Performs monthly reconciliation of disposition records.
• Manages changes to Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrollment, Online Grant Agreements, and Equity Plan reporting.
• Develops and maintains long term client relationships, actively managing customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with products and services.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
