Job summary

Morgan Stanley is launching a Sandy, Utah-based Return to Work program for experienced professionals re-entering the workforce. The Client Success Manager role supports stock plan servicing on Shareworks and Equity Edge Online platforms, with mentorship, training, and development throughout the 16-week program.

Successful candidates will manage daily client procedures, reconcile records, process equity events, and strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English required.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Analytical problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute repeatable client procedures for stock plan events and data changes.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Document processes and maintain client records with accuracy.
• Monitor queues and use Salesforce.com/Zendesk for case management.
• Lead client meetings and communicate product updates and changes to clients.
