Responsibilities of this key role

As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients, utilizing automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to deliver premium value in client interactions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure positive experiences.

This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary contact for client inquiries related to business, domain, product, and technical aspects.

  • Reviewing, validating, and triaging technical escalations.

  • Driving account growth and expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client opportunities.

  • Influencing client lifetime value via product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores.

  • Participating in KOR working groups as needed.

  • Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by managing engagement programs and fostering continuous improvement based on client segmentation.

Additionally, you meet the following criteria:

  • +4 years of OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting experience, preferably in vendor or back-office roles.
