We're looking for a Client Success Manager to work with our clients across all phases from pre-sales to relationship management, providing them with an exceptional and differentiating experience. Responsibilities of this key role

As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. We have invested heavily in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to enhance client interactions. You will work closely with clients at all seniority levels and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional experiences.

This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for client inquiries related to business, domain, product, and technical issues

  • Reviewing, validating, and triaging technical escalations

  • Driving account growth

  • Expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities

  • Influencing client lifetime value via product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores

  • Participating in KOR working groups as needed

  • Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by tracking and improving engagement based on segmentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

About you

You are eager to influence client experiences and business outcomes. You enjoy collaborating with team members, taking ownership, and working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment focused on results.

Additionally, you meet these criteria:

  • Over 4 years of OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting experience (preferably vendor or back office)

  • Client-obsessed with a drive for the best outcomes

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
