America's Choice Insurance Partners is seeking an Account Manager / Client Services Representative to join our team. This role serves as the primary contact for existing clients, delivering proactive service and support across policy and billing inquiries.

You'll handle inbound calls and emails, process policy updates and renewals, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. A focus on upselling insurance products helps drive revenue while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or customer support roles handling client accounts.
• Ability to assess client needs and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with insurance products and policies is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for existing clients and deliver excellent service.
• Handle calls, emails, and service requests related to policies and billing.
• Manage policy updates, changes, renewals and coverage inquiries.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell insurance products.
• Document interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
