Job summary

Congruent Insurance Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Client Service Manager to oversee individual policyholder cases from initial inquiry through completion, in a hands‑on role for a small, entrepreneurial team.

The ideal candidate will manage inbound opportunities end-to-end, communicate with policyholders, generate quotes, review contracts for completeness, and ensure timely, compliant processing while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a client or customer caseload in financial services or a detail-oriented environment.
• Experience communicating directly with individual consumers.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple active cases.
• Empathy when assisting people with sensitive financial circumstances.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts or ability to learn quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end case management of high value inbound opportunities from lead stage to final contracting.
• Generate quotes for policyholders by understanding financial dynamics and closing mechanics.
• Manage case level applications and contracts, reviewing for content and completeness.
• Perform qualitative due diligence on opportunities and understand applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervise leads using CRM and address challenges with initiative.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the CIS business.
