Landmark Ventures seeks a Manager, Client Success to join our Events & Experiences team. You will serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to a portfolio of clients, guiding them on what to do, where to go, and how to make each experience successful.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams, prep speaker materials, and help recruit executives or speakers. This is a relationship-driven, non-production role focused on outcomes.

Qualificações

• 4–8+ years in client success, account management, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication, highly organized, ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Experience with B2B technology companies or executive audiences.
• Comfort with presentations, spreadsheets, CRM, and productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client experience and lead client calls and decisions.
• Coordinate with event production, venues, and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and renewals.
• Plan calendars, agendas, and prep materials for VIP dinners and events.
• On-site support and post-event follow-up to turn success into next steps.
