Job summary

Landmark Ventures seeks a Manager, Client Success to join our Events & Experiences team in New York. You will be the trusted day-to-day partner for a portfolio of clients, shaping calendars, opportunities and speaker preparation for VIP dinners, executive roundtables and other experiences.

You will coordinate with internal teams across event production, venues, programming, recruitment and marketing, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or related high-touch environment.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience and serve as primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Advise on calendars, opportunities for VIP dinners and executive roundtables.
• Coordinate with event production, venues, programming, attendee recruitment, marketing and leadership.
• Develop speaker guides, briefing documents and talking points for events.
• Track commitments, deadlines and client materials; ensure follow-through.
• Grow client relationships by identifying additional opportunities and expansion.
