Benefits in a Card in Greenville, SC is seeking an Account Manager – Employee Benefits to join our team on-site. You will be the face of the company to staffing-firm clients, guiding onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing collaboration to ensure successful benefits delivery.

You will build trusted relationships, manage multiple accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, while delivering exceptional client service and growth opportunities for the business.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years in account management, client management, or a client-facing services role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
• Ability to coordinate across teams to solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of staffing‑firm clients, from onboarding through long‑term partnership.
• Lead new‑client kickoffs, including account setup, enrollment guidance, and onboarding support.
• Walk clients through employee enrollment using the Benefits in a Card benefits wizard.
• Build lasting relationships through regular check‑ins, renewals, and proactive support.
• Coordinate across internal teams (Implementation, Customer Service/Call Center, and IT) to resolve issues and keep clients happy.
• Share client feedback and insights with leadership to help us improve and grow.
