Job summary

Legacy Risk Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Account Service Manager to join our team. You will provide administrative and service support to the Benefits team, assist with enrollment and eligibility activities, and coordinate with carriers and Account Managers to ensure accurate, timely client service.

The role offers growth in the insurance and benefits industry, with opportunities to obtain Life & Health Insurance licensing and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Life & Health Insurance license preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Previous insurance, benefits, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and participant inquiries via phone and email.
• Support Benefits Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of client accounts.
• Assist with enrollment, eligibility, and coverage changes.
• Maintain accurate client and plan information in the agency system.
• Prepare renewal materials and client-facing documents.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to meet client needs.
