In this strategically client‑led role, you will own a portfolio of commercial real estate clients, guiding renewal conversations and driving revenue retention while identifying opportunities for account growth. You will build trusted relationships with landlords, developers and asset managers, translate connectivity and building technology value into compelling business cases, and collaborate with colleagues across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Success or account management.
• Experience in commercial real estate, PropTech, or B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of landlords, asset managers, developers.
• Experience owning renewals and revenue outcomes.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal outcomes across your client portfolio.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across WiredScore's certifications and Meter's solutions.
• Partner with Business Development and Meter teams to qualify opportunities.
• Build strategic account plans for long-term retention and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on how connectivity and building tech support business goals.
• Lead renewal conversations and executive-level discussions.
• Proactively identify client risks and ensure value realization.
