This role emphasizes client retention, service optimization, and growing client engagement across our coffee services.

Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and conflicting priorities.
• Problem solving mindset with a high level of professionalism.
• Experience working cross functionally with internal teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and route management software.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and nurture strong, long term client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored service and solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client support
