Responsibilities

• Manages a dedicated Book of Business for low-complexity clients.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manages Salesforce – workflow, tracking, and data quality.
• Reviews work before delivery to clients.
• Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues with internal teams.
• Coaches peers or junior staff as needed.
• Supports IMA values, diversity, equity and inclusion.
