Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages dedicated Book of Business: medium-to-large volume book or a smaller set of higher revenue or more complex clients (e.g., self-funded, custom plans)
• Ownership and accountability for client relationships, service plans, timelines, and execution quality
• Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals, and open enrollment strategy and delivery
• Primary point of contact for daily client service
• May provide coaching or training for junior Client Managers
