Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years relevant agency experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in multiple customer service skills and able to handle difficult situations.
• Experience with benefits administration software.

• Provide ongoing support to clients through various methods.
• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers for renewals.
