Job summary

IMA Financial Group in Anchorage seeks a client services professional to manage a dedicated book of business of lower-complexity clients, acting as the primary contact, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.

You will support the client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing servicing, review work for accuracy, resolve claims and billing issues with internal partners, and coach peers as needed, while upholding IMA's standards and

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License is required.
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• Technical application skills include OE guide applications and Salesforce.
• Basic + developing awareness of core market dynamics and client segments.

Responsibilities

• Manages a dedicated Book of Business: small-to-medium volume book of primary low-complexity clients with moderate service intensity and standardized service models.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle.
• Manages Salesforce – with ownership of workflow, tracking, and data quality for assigned BOB.
• Provides support on and develops in all areas of the client life cycle.
• Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
• Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams.
• May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members.
• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
