Responsibilities

• Manages a dedicated book of business with low to moderate complexity.
• Serves as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure compliance and service standards.
• Reviews client work prior to delivery to clients.
• Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues with internal teams.
