Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in client services or insurance operations.
• Active Life & Health License is required.
• Technical applications include OE guide and Salesforce.
• Basic developing awareness of core market dynamics and client segments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business with small-to-medium volume, low complexity clients.
• Serve as primary client contact across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Own Salesforce workflow, data quality, and reporting for the assigned book.
• Provide support across client lifecycle and review work before delivery to clients.
• Resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues with internal teams.
