Job summary

Team Up is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the main point of contact for international clients after the initial sales handoff. You will manage the client lifecycle, work with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations, and ensure successful talent delivery and onboarding.

You will coordinate contracts, interviews, and communications, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and maintain high client retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Retention.
• Experience with B2B services, preferably outsourcing, talent solutions, recruitment, or professional services.
• Experience working with international clients across EU, UK and/or US.
• Proven experience with account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• CRM processes and discipline; Zoho CRM experience is a strong plus.

You will work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure successful talent delivery, coordinate contracts and interviews, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Your Duties

• Manage the full client lifecycle following the initial sales handoff.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with international clients and address their needs promptly.
• Gather client feedback and resolve operational issues or blockers.
• Prepare, review, and finalize client contracts and support smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates provided by the recruitment team.
• Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor client account health and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support contract renewals and maintain strong client retention.
• Keep client information, communication history, account status, and sales pipeline records accurate in the CRM.
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple client accounts, interview schedules, and documentation.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Retention.
• Experience in B2B services, preferably outsourcing, talent solutions, recruitment, or professional services.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably across the EU, UK, and/or US.
• Proven experience with account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage contracts and documentation.
• Good understanding of CRM processes and strong CRM discipline.
• Experience with Zoho CRM is a strong plus.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
