The Digital Marketing Client Success Manager supports our PPC and SEO teams in account management. Responsibilities include monitoring client campaigns, communicating with clients via calls, providing reports, and making recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through regular communication
• Answer incoming client calls
• Prepare PPC and SEO reports
• Monitor campaign performance
• Recommend changes to the PPC or SEO teams
• Update client communication in ClickUp
• Demonstrate willingness to learn

Ideal Profile & Requirements

• Based in Texas
• Minimum 3 years proven customer support experience
• Minimum 3 years PPC experience
• Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience
• Experience with ClickUp
• Excellent communication skills
• Client handling skills
• Ability to multitask
• Organized team player

Hours: 40 per week, 8am-5pm Central Time, Monday to Friday
