SiteZeus provides end-to-end solutions for revenue growth, empowering multi-unit and service-based brands with analytics and insights. Since 2013, we've helped brands with site selection and portfolio optimization through our platform, SiteZeus Locate. We launched SiteZeus Market in 2022 and expanded our offerings with SiteZeus Sell and Build in 2023.

Our four products enable organizations to drive sales, plan markets, support development, enhance marketing, and streamline operations.

This is a remote (work from home) position.

Expected Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service via in person, phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer progress and escalate high-risk accounts.
  • Manage major client accounts as the primary support contact.
  • Assist customers with internal projects.
Product Engagement & Growth
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and upselling.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions with clients.
  • Assist clients in building custom platforms.
  • Perform user administration duties.
Data & Reporting
  • Create ad hoc reports, including sales prediction and performance analysis.
Internal Collaboration
  • Support internal projects within the Customer team.
  • Onboard and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
  • Interest in customer success, technology, and SaaS products.
  • Experience in real estate or site selection is a plus.
  • Understanding of business and technology.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, formulas, and data consolidation.
  • Data analysis and client presentation skills.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with mapping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner with minimal training.
  • Team-oriented and motivated.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments.

This is a remote (work from home) position.
