Client Success Manager – Google Ads (Remote, Contract to Hire)

Harmoney Engine

Are you a former Google Ads expert who thrives on client communication and strategy instead of just campaign building?

At Harmoney Engine, we specialize in Google Ads campaigns (90 percent of our work) and serve both direct clients and white-label partners. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to lead client relationships, ensure strategic alignment, and coordinate with our internal PPC team to deliver exceptional results.

This role is ideal for a former PPC specialist who now prefers strategic thinking, communication, and building strong client partnerships.

What You Will Do

Serve as the main point of contact for Google Ads clients and agency partners

Lead weekly or monthly client meetings and deliver campaign updates

Turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights for clients

Identify potential risks or growth opportunities and suggest solutions

Collaborate with internal PPC specialists for smooth execution

Provide performance reports that clients can understand and appreciate

Maintain internal documentation and contribute to process improvement

Treat every account like it is worth one million dollars — because to the client, it is

What We Are Looking For

3 or more years of experience in client success or account management at a digital agency

Hands-on experience with Google Ads

Ability to explain performance data in simple, impactful ways

Strong communication skills — professional, clear, and approachable

Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once

Strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
