What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a portfolio of home care customers, driving the conversion of referrals and increasing customer retention
- Build and nurture strong relationships with home care agencies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve client activations and increase revenue through upselling
- Conduct regular reviews and educate home care customers on value and best practices
- Resolve invoice disputes and communicate effectively with customers about results
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience
- Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or relevant experience with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting a broad portfolio of indirect channel partners
- Willingness to travel and attend conferences as needed (about 10% of the time)
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines
