What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage a portfolio of home care customers, driving the conversion of referrals and increasing customer retention
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with home care agencies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Implement strategies to improve client activations and increase revenue through upselling
  • Conduct regular reviews and educate home care customers on value and best practices
  • Resolve invoice disputes and communicate effectively with customers about results

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or relevant experience with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
